Shipping Policy & Delivery
You can order products from Gulmoher Collections from anywhere across Pakistan subject to availability of delivery services. For all purchases made through online orders, we have a standard delivery time of 3 to 4 business days. We use TRAX Courier service for our standard delivery service, whereas TCS & LEOPARDS services are used for express delivery.
You have the following standard payment methods for online purchases:
Online Bank Transfer / Bank Deposit
In case of advance payment through online bank transfer, you will get express delivery service and your product(s) will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours subject to your location.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
In case of Cash on Delivery payment method, your products will delivered through our standard delivery service and may take 3 to 4 days to reach you.
Delivery Charges
We charge delivery fee at PKR 200/- per order across Pakistan. However, you can save your delivery charges, in case:
- You are resident of Rawalpindi
- You order more than one product from our online store
Delivery & Tracking Information
You will be informed by whatsapp or email when you order is dispatched, and you will be provided with tracking code to track your order status.
Delays in Delivery
We try our best to dispatch your ordered products within 24 hours of your order. However, there may be delays in dispatch & delivery due to any unforeseen circumstances. In case of delivery delays, we will inform you on email or whatsapp about the estimated delivery time of your order.
